Refund Policy

At City School Gear and Streetwear, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to items that may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a policy of no refunds, but we are pleased to offer exchanges and store credit under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges for Defects: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the defective item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a replacement will be sent out at no additional cost to you.
  • Store Credit: For other issues, such as sizing or change of mind, we offer store credit for the value of the returned item(s), provided that the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Please note that in these cases, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customization Policy

We offer customization options on a selection of our products. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. We encourage customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order. If a customized item arrives defective, the above exchange policy for defects will apply.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any current delays affecting postal services.
  • Returns for Defective Items: If you need to return a defective item, please contact us, and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either send a replacement or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Returns for Other Reasons: Returns for reasons other than defects are at the expense of the buyer. Please contact us to initiate a return, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
