2. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other forms of secure online payments.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., custom or preorder items).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

5. Exchange Policy

We understand sizing issues or other needs may arise. You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for voluntary exchanges.

  • If an item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a different item of equal value.

6. Errors on Our End

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, wrong size, defective product):

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We will promptly resolve the issue by replacing the item or offering a full store credit or refund at our discretion.

To report an issue, email us at support@cityschoolgear.com with your order number and a photo of the problem within 5 days of receiving the item.

7. Product Descriptions and Custom Orders

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and photos. Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting.

  • For custom and bulk orders, a mockup or digital sample will be provided for approval before production.

  • Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, photos, and written content are property of City School Gear and Streetwear and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
